The rooms were very nice and clean, and the total cost for the night was good. My mini Snauzer was welcome, though I thought the $25 pet fee was a little high and $15 would’ve seemed more reasonable. Having independent restaurants within walking distance was a nice extra.

We’d ruled out motels at first, but on our road trip we needed somewhere inexpensive and were glad we found this place. Its location right off the interstate was convenient, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The service and breakfast could’ve been better, but I’d stay again. Good value for the money.

This was a last-minute stop on our road trip from Arkansas to Maryland. The room was very clean and comfortable, and great value for the price. Check-in and checkout were easy. Even arriving around midnight, I felt safe walking to my room, with nobody hanging around the property. I’ll add it to my list of places to stay again.

The rooms are great, the location is convenient, and the bed was soft. After a good stay in September, I picked this place again when I needed to stop nearby in October. That time, the desk clerk said there was a standard $100 deposit, though I’d paid none in September. I only had cash, so I handed over a $100 bill and said I’d be leaving at 4:00 a.m. The clerk assured me someone would be there to refund it, but nobody was at the desk then. I rang the bell, waited a few minutes, and someone came out and returned the deposit. It delayed me a little, but wasn’t a big deal. The next night, on my way back down the highway, I stayed there again. A different person checked me in smoothly without asking for a deposit. So two of my three stays had no deposit. I guess the “standard deposit procedure” depends on who’s at the counter and how you look to them. They do offer breakfast, but as a trucker I’m usually gone before 6 a.m., so I don’t know what they serve. I could’ve used a debit card for the deposit, but didn’t want to wait up to a week to get the money back.
