Roger’s friendly smile and greetings made me feel welcome every day of my stay. Annette and Skuyler were also great when a booking issue came up with my extension. They sorted it out so smoothly that I barely had to worry about it. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of workspace and a thoughtfully laid-out kitchenette with a full-size fridge and dishwasher. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it.

The free breakfast was decent, and coffee and tea were available in the lobby throughout the day. We were a family of five, and the suite gave all of us enough room, with a bit of kitchen space too. There’s also a pool and gym. We didn’t get to use the pool this time, but maybe next visit.

Olivia and the team helped us feel at home, and management dealt with a small issue involving a couple of night staff members quickly and efficiently. Check-in was hectic, since we needed two adjoining rooms, but Isabelle stayed calm and helped keep us calm while she worked out what we needed. Olivia, the GM, was helpful and reassuring too. Thanks to all of you!

A handy spot if you're heading east to explore the forks or going south on William Floyd Highway to Smithpoint Beach. Bagel Boss for breakfast and Southpaw for lunch or dinner bar food are both within walking distance, as is an urgent care in case you or someone in the family gets sick. Walmart, other shops, and restaurants are all around the hotel. There was a good spread at the free breakfast, and the usual amenities were there. Dogs are allowed, so we heard barking from a few doors away, but staff dealt with it right away.

Olivia at the front desk was incredible and really accommodating. She put our needs first and went above and beyond so my kids and I could have a great hotel experience. The staff were all friendly, and the rooms were spacious and nice, with super comfortable beds. The location was convenient, close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!
