We'd never stayed here before, but we'd come back. The pool and hot tub were awesome, everything was very clean, and breakfast was nice. The price was very good too. The only letdown was the front desk, where there was little eye contact or personal warmth.
10/10
Check-in and checkout were quick and easy, and the location is convenient on a busy road. The whole place was kept very clean, from the rooms and grounds to the lobby, pool areas, and breakfast space. The breakfast area was also well maintained. Great clean hotel.

My kids loved the warm pool area, and I did too. The heated pool is big, and there's also a wonderful hot tub and sauna. I wish the room had a microwave and breakfast had more choices, but I love the amenities otherwise. Staying here each year when we come to the Cape is becoming a tradition.

The one problem was breakfast: we arrived an hour before it ended, but the food was gone and the tables were gross. The rest of the stay was good, though. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfy, and the lobby, pool, and breakfast area were nice.
2/10
The receptionist at the front desk was rude and argumentative, and I saw her speak the same way to an elderly man. We first checked into a room with dirty sheets and pillows, then got moved, but the desk forgot to check us into the new room for two nights. Our key card stopped working, and someone was sent in to clean the room. They didn't replace our towels or soap, and one of our personal items was stolen. Absolutely disgusting and uncomfortable. I would never recommend staying here.
