Hampton Inn Yemassee/Point South

We stopped during a road trip without reservations, and they had a room. They took our phone number as HH members, but we weren’t recognized. The room was clean, the staff professional, and breakfast had a nice selection. There are areas to walk your best friend, though nearby dining is limited to fast food.

The grounds were lovely and well kept, which I appreciated while walking my dog. There was also a handout in the room with useful information about pet care. This Hampton Inn looked newly refurbished, and it was stylish and clean. We slept comfortably in a quiet area despite being close to I95. The staff pay attention to details, something that seems rare at hotels along I95. I highly recommend it.

At 1am, my family of 10, including two babies, rang the hotel doorbell and Darius helped us out. He was courteous and welcoming, let us use the restrooms, and found the best room for us. I really appreciate his help.

I only needed a place to rest for one night, and being so close to I95 made this location very convenient for me. The self check-in and check-out options and digital key were great. My room was clean and fairly quiet. I was a little worried because I’d left some belongings in the car, but thankfully nothing happened. I’ll most likely stay again on my way home.
