We had an unexpected situation at home and needed somewhere to stay urgently. We arrived around 2:00 AM, and receptionist Heylis was kind and caring about our experience. She even extended our late checkout, which helped a lot. The stay was quiet and comfortable, and we had a splendid view from the window. Breakfast was delicious and well prepared. TRU Hotel lived up to its name with its hospitality and thoughtful touches, and exceeded our expectations. I'd highly recommend it for a relaxing stay and genuine hospitality.

Quiet stay with good Wi-Fi, plenty of parking, and big, clean rooms. The staff were great, breakfast was nice, and the location between the lakes is beautiful. It costs a little more than places down the road, but it's worth the money if you're not on a budget.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, with a nice big TV. The employees were cheerful and welcoming. We had plenty of parking, and the hotel is conveniently on Rt. 27, which makes it easy to get around. Breakfast had a fun make-your-own pancake machine with lots of toppings, plus eggs, sausage, cereals, bagels, raisin bread and other breads, cheeses, coffee, hot tea, and juice. Rooms don't have safes, which would have been a nice addition.

It was well maintained, with great service, a lovely view of lakes on both sides, and free parking. We were surprised by how first rate the place was. It looked quite new, though we learned it's 6 years old. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I made a last-minute decision to stay at Tru and was greeted with a warm smile. Heylis at the front desk was kind and super sweet, and when I had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi, she was quick to answer my questions and really helpful. I'll definitely return because of the stellar customer service.
