We had a lot of fun with the outdoor swings, horseshoe pit, and grill. For what we paid, this cabin was amazing. The owners are awesome and have a great eye for decorating it. There’s a nice, large deck too. We’ll definitely stop by again in the future...

There’s lots of room for kids to play outside, and the adults can enjoy horseshoes, cornhole, or just sit on the bench swing and take in the mountain surroundings. The hosts at Cedar Mountain Lodge are kind and helpful, and even offered to take a family picture by the bear. The place has everything you’d want in a mountain retreat, with an ideal location near Bass Lake and Yosemite.

We came with the kids and really enjoyed hearing the hosts explain the stories behind all the things on display. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It’s a little far from Yosemite State Park, but we loved our stay.

Our car broke down, and the owners were incredibly patient and generous, helping us every way they could. They took a real interest in us and what we were dealing with. Thank you. I’d recommend this place to everyone.

It’s a nice, clean place about an hour and a half by car from Yosemite. When you’re traveling with family, it has everything you need, and there’s room for two families to stay comfortably.
