Days Inn by Wyndham Yuba City

Even though it was the pet room, it smelled really strongly of stale old cigarette smoke. It was worn out and not very clean. My dogs are %1000 nicer than this room. I'd never stay here again.

They could make this hotel nice, but the owner needs to take steps to do it. The room was disgusting and needs better cleaning, walls included. The baseboards need repair and regular cleaning, and the upstairs walkways and steps should be pressure washed.

We hadn't booked online ahead of time and just showed up, so we didn't get a discounted rate. It felt a little overpriced, especially since the place was outdated and not clean. The TV remote barely worked, the smoke alarm was in a drawer, and the shower safety handrail needed to be more secure.

We had to switch rooms three times while I was in extreme pain. Room 116 had no tub, and water went all over the floor when I showered because the shower rod attached to the walls was the wrong kind. There was also a continuing mold smell. The deposit shouldn't be $100.00. I've stayed in 3 and 4 star, sometimes 5 star Hotels, and their deposits are only 50 bucks. Other Hotels also have some kind of breakfast. Days Inn in Yuba City, CA. doesn't serve breakfast or even coffee.
