When we found there were no pillows in the room, Jason at the front desk went right away to get some. He was really nice and helpful, didn't complain, and made sure we were comfortable. We really appreciated him going above and beyond.

Jayson, the Operational Manager, and Ivy, the Front Desk Supervisor, treated me honestly and respectfully when I booked on the spot. They were fair and transparent, unlike many places that take advantage of walk-in customers. Their professionalism, kindness, and great service made my day. I had an amazing experience and really appreciate their help. I'd highly recommend this place!

The only good thing about the hotel was the shower pressure. The building is old and poorly maintained, and the website photos and reviews are deceiving. Once we were checked in, we had to climb to the second floor since there's no elevator. There was a smelly trash bag on the landing, and the carpeted hallway smelled so bad we almost left. We were tired after nine hours on the road, so we stayed. The room smelled too, the beds seemed old and uncomfortable, and the pillows seemed old and smelled questionable. We were glad we'd brought our own. The room and bathroom looked serviced, but still didn't feel clean, and the sheets and bedspread felt like an old T-shirt. We saw some other guests at check-in and during the night who should've made us leave, but it was late and we just wanted to sleep. I suspect this hotel caters to people who provide some type of something and use it for something. Also, if you forget anything here, consider it gone. They'll say they didn't see or find it. The clerk asked for a good review before I was even done checking in. The woman asked if I needed help writing it and offered to do it for me, then even reached for my phone. I declined. I don't let people I don't know use my phone, and her insistence gave me a bad feeling.

The motel has had some upgrades and looks nice inside and out. Ivy at the front desk was friendly and informative, and made me feel welcome. She found a room that suited me well. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I slept peacefully. Thanks again, Ivy!
