My reservation was for 4/9-4/12, 2026, but a few days beforehand someone in my family died, so I had to cancel. Ava at the property was rude on the phone and said she'd charge my card for one night, with no cancellations within five days for any reason. I called Hilton customer service. The agent contacted the property, then told me I qualified for a refund under their death clause. She said the staff had been rude to her too, and, “I personally wouldn't want to stay there.” She also thought the policy might be changed because the hotel staff were unhappy about issuing the refund. By 4/27/2026, I still hadn't received it. Hilton said it should have been issued and connected me to the property. Ava answered, was rude again, and said they don't issue refunds because they're privately owned. I wouldn't do business here. Privately owned or not, Hilton has a standard, and this place should be audited for its practices and staff. It doesn't meet Hilton's standard.

I spend six months of each year in hotels for work, and this one has been the hardest to deal with by far. Calls never reach the hotel itself, they always get sent to a booking center, and the customer service once you're there is dismal at best. Shame on me for keeping on trying this place.

The location felt a little awkward, though it wasn't a deal breaker. Breakfast wasn't the best, but I had a nice stay overall. The staff were wonderful and customer service was great.

The staff and manager didn't have polite body language, and they gave the wrong rooms to the wrong guests, so the internet didn't work. There was also a false fire alert. Breakfast was very poor, with bacon and eggs put together in the same places. They wouldn't allow a late checkout even when requested for acceptable reasons.
