Bencer and the front desk crew handle everything with a smile and real style. Once again, the management and team at the Holiday Inn Yuma, AZ took great care of the VTS Aviation team. It's a very good hotel with a great restaurant run by a super team. Much appreciated.

My number one choice when I visit Yuma. The customer service is great, the building is very clean and up to date, and the beds are comfortable. The pool is a nice size, and the food is delicious.

Jacob at the front desk deserves a special thank you for the extra help with directions and suggestions, and for making our stay perfect. The hotel staff were all polite and friendly. We stayed three nights, and the spacious rooms were quiet. There's enough on site to let you relax by the pool without needing to go out. If you do want a meal, a great cluster of fast food and sit-down places is nearby, covering almost every type of cuisine. It's a really nice hotel, worth stopping at even if you're only passing through for one night.

No complaints at all. Finding the place and checking in were both easy, and the staff were very friendly. When we got back that afternoon, housekeeping had cleaned the room perfectly. The housekeeper had even put the baby pillow we bring with us in the middle of the bed. It's a little thing, but it made us happy. Thanks to that employee for the sweet touch.

Ben at the front desk went out of his way to help sort out my room, and the views of Castle Dome are good. The burger bar is good too. The chicken sandwich was surprisingly great, and Ron did a great job behind the bar.
