I’ve stayed here several times and keep coming back because the team is so attentive. They’re helpful and quick to accommodate whatever comes up, which makes a real difference. The manager is fantastic too, and you can see their leadership in how smoothly things run and how welcoming everyone is. I’ll definitely be back.

After my prepaid Advance Purchase stay, I found a parking charge added retroactively. The Front Desk guy was nice when I called and said it was a new, unadvertised fee, but agreed to remove it since it hadn’t been disclosed. Even now, the hotel website and Hilton App still list free parking. Secretly charging guests after advertising it as free is complete BS. Not cool.

We loved having a full kitchen, and the staff gave us excellent service. The room was spacious and sparkling clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. This place exceeded our expectations. We’ve found our preferred hotel for future Yuma visits.

The front desk made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. The place was clean, spacious, and friendly, and breakfast was great with different choices each morning. I highly recommend it.

For two weeks I paid a daily parking fee despite not having a vehicle, which I made clear at check-in. The people in the room above stomped around all evening and started up again at 4AM every morning. When I finally asked to switch rooms, I got the old “sorry, none available,” even though the Hilton website showed rooms available. There were four of us, and we spent around $6000 on this trip. Next time, we’ll probably take our money to the new Everhome Suites they just finished.
