Nathalie made what could have been a stressful search for an extended-stay room feel easy and welcoming. She patiently checked the system, gave me more contact information, and showed me the room setup herself so I’d know what to expect. She was attentive, professional, and kind throughout, never rushing me. Her willingness to help really showed how much pride she takes in her work. I’m grateful I got to deal with someone like her. Because of Nathalie, I’ll come back and recommend the hotel. A great example of genuine hospitality.

The hot breakfast each morning was a real plus, and the location worked well for all the business we had to do. It was also close to the airport. This was our first stay at a Residence Inn, and we’d return. The staff were friendly, and Jessica went out of her way to print some important documents for us. She also suggested nearby restaurants, which helped. She always had a smile.

I’ve stayed at this location several times over the past few months, and Nathalie always has local restaurant ideas for me. The food and atmosphere at the places she suggests have been spot on. She’s cheerful and ready to help with any request. Keep it up, and get that list ready. I’ll be back soon.

I got to attend the grand opening celebration for this new hotel in Yuma. Having managed a hotel myself, I was really impressed by the beautiful property, its location, and especially the staff. It’s clear that the company and general manager, Sabra Wright, go above and beyond. I’d highly recommend booking at residence Inn if you need a place to stay.
