There was no breakfast left an hour before the stated end time, and the pool needed cleaning. The place could use renovation to make it more appealing. Still, I slept better than I had in a long time, though I was so tired any bed might have done. Fine for stopping to nap, but I wouldn’t choose it for a vacation. One big plus: NO CIGARETTE SMOKE ODOR!

The only photo that seemed accurate was the outside of the property. The breakfast area shown online wasn’t what we found: just two small counters, with food that looked like it had been sitting out. When we asked to change the card, they said no. Then we got our keys, and only half of them worked. The rooms were much smaller than pictured and smelled musty. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, and neither would the closet door. The toilet was disappointing, and the shower was worse: dirty, disgusting tiles, walls coming apart with holes, and more damage above the shower. The TV picture was just green. The chairs and bedspreads were stained. Our second room was larger, but still disgusting, and its bathtub was falling apart, so we had to put a towel on the floor. Towels felt like sandpaper against our skin. The pool wasn’t heated as advertised. They were filling it with a garden hose, and there were no chemicals in it to clean it. The only decent things were the internet and the in-room refrigerator. Worst place my family and I have ever stayed. We survived two nights, want a refund for them, and will never return. This place should be condemned.

We left without staying. The first room was filthy, with cigarette burns all over the blanket, sheets, chair, countertops, and bedside table. We were told the second room was newer and better, but it was just as dirty, so we walked out. We also saw old mattresses piled by the dumpster, and they looked like they’d been there a long time. Awful place, not worth your time or money. Avoid it.

The staff were friendly, and it was quiet in the room. There’s easy freeway access, coffee in the room, a large walk-in closet area, and a pool that looked good. The room was big, but older and the bathroom needs work. The tub was badly chipped. For the price it was okay overall. I’m staying six days and won’t be in the room much. Laundry is by the pool, and the older TV has quite a few channels. Breakfast is cereal, muffins, and similar things, though I usually eat down the road.
