Sal and Bruno made us feel welcome, and helped with anything we needed in English, French, Spanish, and probably a few other languages. The hotel is quiet at night, with sunsets over Buenos Aries. It’s about 500 m from the water, with access via a nearby road or trail rather than directly from the property. Colonia is close, and Carmelo’s vineyards are within reach for a day trip. The rooms are new and modern but still welcoming, with lots of natural light, an outdoor pool, and private space if you want it. There are several lovely dogs on the grounds, and I really enjoyed walking with them because they reminded me of home. Sal and Bruno also run a proper farm-to-table kitchen, with an onsite garden and plenty of local ingredients. We had a changing five-course dinner for about $50 that changed our lives. It’s off the beaten path and would be a perfect spot to sit and write a novel. Don’t hesitate to call, book, and ask questions. Thanks so much for having us.

The house, rooms, location, and food were all wonderful. Sylvaine and Bruno were such warm hosts and made us feel at home. One of the best places I’ve visited, and I’m sure I’ll come back many more times.

Really cute and adorable, and the housekeeper was great. A few things need maintenance, like some light bulbs, a toilet flush, and a couple of sockets. Nothing that would spoil your vacation, though.

The owners were wonderful, and the location was beautiful. The design was incredibly tasteful too. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

The food was fantastic, and the location is unique. They paid attention to all the little details, and the hospitality was as good as it gets. I can’t recommend it enough.
