That table tennis setup is a nice bonus. We only found this place after our original booking was cancelled at the last minute and the other place tried to raise the price. The people here were so kind and did everything they could to help us settle in comfortably. Great atmosphere, and a handy spot for seeing the area. Really glad we ended up here.

The manager took a few of us out in his car to see places public transport couldn't reach, which was way beyond what I expected. I also loved having a clean, modern room, a roomy kitchen, and a tasty breakfast included. It's right in the center, and a budget-friendly option in Jose Ignacio. A great place to get away from the busy beaches in Punta del este.

Rodrigo at reception was lovely and quick to help, and the breakfast even had eggs made fresh. It has a grown-up, stylish hostel feel, with a good price for both the stay and the area. I felt safe walking around, and there are good restaurants nearby. The beach is an easy walk or bike ride away.

The hostel is cute, well placed, and the staff are incredibly friendly, but the noise at night was a real problem. On our last night, more than 50 young people, apparently staff from la Susana, the pricey but nice beach restaurants, were staying there and singing and shouting until nearly 2am. We couldn't sleep, and it felt really disrespectful to the other guests. It sounds like this happens regularly, so I wouldn't say the stay was worth it.

A relaxing place to stay, with clean rooms, a great location, and really good staff. It had everything I wanted in a posada, and I'd happily come back.
