The direct way from the complex to the beach was such a bonus, and the sunsets were priceless. We also had a lovely garden with a barbecue spot and fire pit, plus a pool and a hot shower for coming back from the sea. The houses were bright and airy, cheerful, comfortable, and well equipped. The linens and towels were excellent, and the cleaning staff was very attentive. Liliana and Marcelo welcomed us warmly in February 2025. We shared barbecues and outings, and the whole experience felt so welcoming. You couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended, and thank you for your hospitality.

The location is the only thing going for this place, and it doesn't justify the price. The houses are in terrible disrepair, with termites eating the beams, broken chairs, showers that lose their water flow, and stair railings coming apart. Service was awful: it took two days to bring a water jug, and when it arrived, it was empty. The owner was very rude. This is what “owner-run” looks like here.

ATTENTION ARGENTINIANS! I’m writing so other people don’t get caught out. Booking.com showed the total in pesos, 675,000 in my case, and also in official dollars, 3,861. That’s because the official rate is currently 177 pesos to the dollar, which is the rate Booking.com uses. We know this because we’ve just come back from two trips abroad. Then a Mr. Marcelo got in touch and said I had to bring cash in dollars and pay him that way, since he doesn’t accept cards. He wanted the 3,861 dollars at the unofficial exchange rate, even though you’d paid at 320 pesos to the dollar. The man is Argentinian and has an office in Rosario. Things are bad enough as a country already, so don’t be fooled. Luckily, Booking.com is a reputable site and let me cancel free of charge within 24 hours. Best wishes and happy holidays.

The house has a few little things that could be better, but the location makes up for them! It’s in an excellent spot, and the owners and maids give spectacular service.

Being so close to the sea is really convenient. The location and facilities are incredible, and the service is excellent and personal. I highly recommend it.
