Patrik and his wife run a truly beautiful place and are warm and attentive. It’s all very clean and practical, and works really well for a couple or a family. You can bring your pet, too.

The deck is a lovely place to sit outside among the plants and birds. We’ve stayed for two nights so far, and everything’s been perfect. The room is beautiful, tidy, and cozy; breakfast is simple and homemade. Patrick and his wife are super friendly and attentive. We highly recommend it.

The owners, the French couple Patrick and Magali, are the highlight here. They’re so friendly. It’s a quiet place with just four apartments, linked in pairs around a lawn that is actually part of their home. The rooms have clean, tasteful decor and wooden floors. In the covered shed in the middle of the lawn, there’s a barbecue anyone can use, and breakfast is served there, as is the occasional dinner if you request it in advance. There are two very calm dogs and a cat. It’s 800 meters from the nearest beach and about 3 kilometers from the small town center of La Paloma. Since it’s not an urban hotel or right on the sea, and it’s not on a mountain or surrounded by a huge landscape or forest, your options for relaxing here are reading on the veranda or in your own apartment. There’s Netflix and DirectTV. I suggested Patrick build a charming pool, as that would add some flair to the place. I think it’s best seen as a nice Bed&Breakfast well away from tourist noise. La Paloma itself is only average, without any major attraction, although it does have a beach with clear water and white sand. You can visit the lovely views of the village of La Pedrera and its lively young boulevard, a 16-minute drive away, or spend the day at the beautiful hippie town of Cabo Polônio, a 40-minute drive away.

The cottages are perfect, and they even lend out beach chairs and towels, which are amazing. It’s a beautiful place, very clean and close to a gorgeous beach, and the owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything is spotless and well cared for. It’s quite far from shops and places to eat, so going by car is recommended. They provide breakfast, and there’s also a microwave, electric kettle, and cooking utensils so you can prepare food there. We had a barbecue on the shared grill one night.
