The location is excellent, but the place feels pretty neglected. The furnishings are worn and the cleanliness is lacking. We first knew it ten years ago, and it looks like they haven't added a single nail since. It all seems abandoned.

The view and location are truly stunning, and the place itself is beautiful. But I wouldn't return because it felt unsafe. Around 2019, I stayed in the first-floor apartment facing the beach, and mine and the neighboring apartments were burglarized. I passed by again in 2024, and they still hadn't installed security bars. The burglars came in through the balcony and forced open the patio door that leads to the beach.

My grandchildren love it here, and we'll keep returning. It's the best spot for relaxing with the family and enjoying that beautiful beach.

The owners are lovely, and this has become a place we return to often. The apartments in La Aguada are spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including grills both indoors and out. Being able to see and hear the sea all the time is wonderful. Right on the waterfront, it's the best place around.

You’re just 10 steps from Aguada beach, and there’s covered parking. The place is comfortable for four, with basic but sufficient amenities. Highly recommended.
