I wouldn't go back. The location doesn't make the price worthwhile, and there are better places for less. The rooms were dirty and damp, and the old infrastructure seemed badly neglected. Appliances didn't work, there was no Wi-Fi in the room, and there was no air conditioning, just the “fan” shown in the photo. The shower was broken, with a makeshift repair visible in the photo, and there weren't enough umbrellas for all the guests. I also want to describe what happened with the manager. After we provided our contact details, she used them to contact and question us about how we were paying for the hotel. I felt this intruded on our privacy and involved matters that weren't her business. She also threatened to sue us if we talked about her poor service. I hope she's satisfied that I haven't discussed that service or her interference in other people's lives. P.S. I believe the positive reviews you see are written by the employees themselves, so don't be fooled.

The rooms were spacious and well kept, and the staff were attentive. It's a peaceful place, which I recommend. I spent a weekend here, and the location was the best part. We missed breakfast, even though it would have been an important part of a lovely weekend treat. The value for money was excellent.

We had a very pleasant stay and would come back and recommend the place. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of space. The manager was attentive to our requests and concerns, and the price felt fair for what was offered. I wanted to disconnect, so not having Wi-Fi didn't bother me. Still, based on my own view and the reviews I've seen, I'd suggest making it available in every room. I'd also suggest paying a little more attention to cleanliness.

The location is the strongest point, about 80 meters from the sea. If I give it the benefit of the doubt, the cleanliness was also acceptable. Beyond that, it felt dated, like it was stuck in the 1980s, and somewhat neglected. Wi-Fi only works on the ground floor, even though the building has three floors, and there's no restaurant. The $180 a day rate isn't justified just because it's La Pedrera or near the sea. I don't recommend it.

I really can't recommend it. We found a dried bat in the room, and the cleaning was already disappointing. Most of the appliances didn't work either. On top of that, the manager lacked kindness and resourcefulness, in my view. I'm Argentinian too, from the countryside.
