The crew were excellent, friendly, and helpful, and having a parking lot was a plus. The room itself was just OK, with no windows, and the bathroom was so cramped that the shower is over the toilet. They don't provide bath towels. If it's cold, you'll have to pay extra for heating.

I hated this place. No windows, no breakfast, no room service, and they don't even have a proper shower. The TV remote looks like some kind of Iron Man armor, hahahaha.

The location was convenient and the price was excellent. Everything was spotless, and everyone was so kind. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Best customer service we've had anywhere in Latin America or Europe. Muchas gracias for everything.

Fine if you're on a mid to low budget. Wi-Fi works well, and you can pay with Visa. Breakfast isn't included, and the shower could use improvement.

The facilities let us down. It wasn't comfortable, the staff weren't friendly, and we could hear the next room.
