Darío was a huge help, and such a great guy. The rooms were very clean and the facilities excellent. The Sagasti building is in a prime spot too, half a block from both the beach and the shopping center.

We had an amazing stay, thanks to everyone who made us feel so welcome. Dario was a genius, and Claudia and Cristina deserve a thank you too. They were all attentive to what we needed. The place is lovely, just meters from the beach. I highly recommend it!

We left early because the shower didn’t work, and the "gentleman" who seemed to be the owner or manager acted as though we didn’t deserve a decent shower for $70. He kept making misogynistic jokes and came across as quite xenophobic, which made the stay really unpleasant. The place was old, run-down, damp, and had exposed wires. They also only take cash. Very bad.
