There’s a shared kitchen, plus a little kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, and they’ll lend you beach chairs and umbrellas. The room options even include small terraces. It’s a luxurious place to stay, with a fantastic location close to the beach and great places to eat. There’s a TV and electric kettle, and while breakfast isn’t included, they leave out tea, coffee, cookies, plates, forks, and knives. The staff are always checking that you have what you need.

Despite being right in the heart of the city, it’s peaceful, and everything is nearby. That’s a big plus if you’re traveling without a car, or prefer to leave it parked for a few days. El Paso is affordable but not cheap, and it’s a real gem in Piriápolis for the value it offers. The owners, both past and present, have been very kind, and you can tell they make improvements every year.

We came from the interior of Tacuarembó and arrived late, but they were very considerate with us. The service was kind and genuinely caring, and they made us feel at home. Thank you.
