My family loves the natural, rustic setting, especially seeing the donkeys, sheep, chickens, and rabbits. It’s a great attraction for the children. Julio, the manager, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy time with family. Highly recommended.

Julito and Daniel made this feel like a family stay, not just another booking. Julito was warm and always available, with local tips, explanations about the cabins, and stories from the area. Daniel’s care showed in the clean cabins and well-kept green spaces. You can tell this place grew from passion. The setting is a big part of the appeal. Cabañas Damiro sits by Pan de Azúcar Hill, only minutes from downtown Piriápolis, and the beach and main attractions are close enough to mix outings with downtime. Birds wake you in the morning, with Cerro Pan de Azúcar right there in the view. There’s plenty for families: outdoor pools for sunny days, heated pools for any season, and animals including donkeys, rabbits, sheep, ducks, and others. The rustic cabins are comfortable and well equipped, and the peaceful rural feel makes it easy to disconnect without being far from the city. A relaxing nature break with warm hospitality, and highly recommended on the Uruguayan coast.

The kids loved seeing the donkeys, rabbits, turkeys, and sheep wandering around. There’s an outdoor pool, plus a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi available until 8:30 pm. Internet only reaches the pool area. The owner’s service was excellent, and Julito, the manager, was especially attentive and made sure we had a great stay. His wife makes amazing meals and sweets, too. Thanks for making our vacation so enjoyable.
