Max at the hotel restaurant made a real difference to our stay. He was attentive and respectful from the beginning, and seemed to know what we might need next. His food and drink suggestions were thoughtful, clearly explained, and suited what we liked. He was warm and easy to talk to, with a calm, welcoming way about him. His care and patience made us feel comfortable throughout. Thank you, Max, for the memorable service.

The hotel’s peaceful setting and incredible views made our stay in Punta Ballena a lovely experience. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed the restaurant, with its carefully chosen menu and excellent quality dishes. I’d gladly return and recommend it.

I only visited the restaurant, and both the food and service were excellent. The dishes were top-notch, and the attention was better than at any 5-star restaurant I’ve been to. Our waiter, Maxi, speaks several languages and knows a lot about food and drinks. He recommended what we should eat and drink, and the rest of the staff were wonderful too. It feels like a truly luxurious place. If the hotel matches the restaurant, I’d stay a few days and definitely eat there.

We’ve returned every summer since finding this lovely family-run hotel. It isn’t modern, but the rooms are spacious, the restaurant is very good, and there’s an outdoor pool. The beautiful beach is just steps away, and it’s a peaceful spot. The owner and staff are always willing to help with anything.
