The common spaces are bright, clean, spacious, and decorated in a modern, tasteful way. There’s a multipurpose room, cafeteria, pools, and a lovely park. Several nights a week, there’s a pleasant dinner with live shows. Every day of the week you can have a free tasting of their own wines, Vilaró Wines, led by a very skilled sommelier. I really like the complex’s focus on wine. The restaurant and cafeteria service is impeccable, the complimentary breakfast is generous and excellent, and the sushi bar and general menu are very good. It’s convenient having them just steps from the room, and the best part is the price. The natural setting around Las Grutas beach in Punta Ballena is lovely and well maintained. It’s quiet and feels very safe, just steps from the sea, with little traffic and no nearby buildings to make noise. The private terraces are spacious and have enviable views, although the partitions could be higher for more privacy. General services are very good, and the daily cleaning is good too. The staff are excellent, helpful, and always ready to assist. When we complained about bothersome odors from the bathroom pipes, they resolved it promptly, though the smell can be unpleasant at times. The facilities are very good overall, but the bed felt a bit small since we’re used to a king size. Highly recommended, we’d definitely return 💫

The sunset views here are incredible, and there’s a restaurant and beach right on site. Our room was spotless, fully equipped, and really comfortable. The reception team were so kind and attentive, and you can tell they take care of the place. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it.
