Malena was fantastic and always willing to help with anything. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed, and its location was ideal. It had great ventilation and light. A really peaceful place to relax on vacation, and definitely somewhere I'd return to.

The building itself is very nice, which makes the apartment's condition a shame. It needs cleaning and maintenance, including the floors, windows, curtains, utensils, and appliances. The pans should be replaced, and the refrigerator and microwave need cleaning inside and out. We paid $62 a night in March, which felt expensive for what we got.

It's comfortable and spacious, with lots of windows and natural light. The location and service were excellent, and it had all the little things needed for a vacation plus a privileged view. The only thing missing for proper cooking was an oven. Otherwise, wonderful!

The owner was very attentive, and the balcony had a spectacular ocean view. My husband and I stayed at the end of November. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and modern. Highly recommended.
