The view was incredible, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It’s just a short walk to a beautiful beach and close to everything. Pablo was a wonderful host and a delight to talk with. He shared so much useful information that my stop in Punta del Diablo became a highlight of my trip to Uruguay. I loved staying here.

The cabins themselves are fine. One older man there, though, was pretty disrespectful and treated guests poorly.

El Tridente is in a calm, safe spot, and the view from the balcony out to the sea is incredible. The owner is really warm, too. I've been spending my vacations in this same place since I was born, more than 22 years ago, and I wouldn't swap it for anywhere else. You can park the car and get around on foot. I'd recommend it 100%.

The view is dreamy, and the 24/7 service was very friendly, especially Mr. Pablo. A few practical things could be improved, just as constructive feedback: there's no electric kettle or frying pan, and you have to buy the sponge, dish towel, and other cleaning supplies yourself. There's only a floor cloth. The curtains let in lots of dawn sunlight, there are no mosquito nets despite all the mosquitoes, and getting to the beach is complicated. It doesn't match what the photos suggest.
