The house itself is really nice, and the cabin feels cozy, but there are so many instruction signs that it started to feel like being at my mom's place, with someone telling me not to leave things out or put them in the wrong spot. When you're trying to relax, that kind of pressure isn't what you want. There wasn't a wardrobe in the bedroom for travel clothes, and the kitchen had nowhere to keep food during our stay. The water heater was also too small, so the hot water ran out fast. Even with those problems, I did like the house.

From its spot on higher ground, the little house has views across Punta del Diablo. It's a lovely place to relax, around a 15-minute walk from the center.
