Las Achiras

We spent 10 days here as a couple and came away feeling it was one of our best travel stays. It was easy to get around on foot because the apartment is so close to the city center, and Juan gave us thoughtful tips on what to see, where to go, and getting around. He was always kind and available, which made us feel looked after. The apartment is bright, spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Its modern, warm decor and leafy garden made the place feel especially relaxing. The bed was great, the air conditioning and good ventilation kept us comfortable, and it was quiet enough to sleep well. We had no trouble making meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom was spotless and modern, with strong water pressure and reliably hot water. Everything was wonderful, and we'd happily come back. Highly recommend it.

Juan, the owner, was a fantastic host, and we'll definitely return. My husband and I were there for nine days, and the cabins had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, the shower water was just right, and each cabin had its own grill. We also had a toaster, microwave, and electric kettle.

We found the owner incredibly attentive, and the setting was perfect for unwinding, quiet but still near the beach and town center. The cabins were well equipped and looked after, with lovely greenery all around. A beautiful place to stay in Playa del Carmen.

Juan gave us a map and patiently talked through the beaches and places we could visit. He was always there when we had a question. The cabins were just like the rental listings and photos, bright, comfortable, nicely decorated, and spotless. The grounds were gorgeous, full of plants and flowers. We had a great stay and will definitely come back.
