The shared kitchen and lounge were nice, with games, hammocks outside, and a small pool. The hosts were friendly too. The rooms felt cramped, with three triple bunk beds in each, and the shared bathroom has three showers, toilets, and sinks all in one unventilated room. It’s also too far to walk to the beach, and the facilities weren’t very comfortable.

I was charged extra to keep the booking, even though those additional costs weren’t part of what I’d reserved. The platform had confirmed and charged for the reservation, but the host later canceled, saying the advertised price was a mistake. I didn’t stay there. The lack of clarity and follow-through on the listed price made for a bad experience.

The owner put my things in a garbage bag and threw something at me, behavior I’ve never encountered anywhere else. I was humiliated, mistreated, and harassed in all sorts of ways. The complete lack of respect and professionalism was disgraceful. I wouldn’t recommend it. With more time, I would have filed a complaint.

During our one-night stay, a man lost 8,000 pesos to theft, and the money was never recovered. We also thought my sweatshirt had been stolen, but found it after checking all the bags. It was a very bad experience.
