We had a wonderful time, and I'd recommend the apartments to anyone wanting to enjoy their stay. They were very clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with friendly staff who helped with questions and requests. The pool was in very good condition and enjoyable, and the spa was a lovely spot to relax. Security was strong, and they even offered tips to help prevent theft. The service was excellent.

We found plenty of places to stay in this resort town, but this was the nicest one we saw, and we'd definitely come back. The resort is beautiful, feels like home, and has all the comforts you need and more. It's very well cared for, with enjoyable shared spaces including the pool, jacuzzi, and green areas. Patricia was very kind and helpful with the reservation. Claudia greeted us warmly, looked after us, and shared ideas for places to visit nearby. We had a perfect vacation here.

It was a bad experience, mostly because of the owner and manager's attitude. The manager kept interfering and weighing in on everything, and her customer service was the part I disliked most. She seems to lack training in that area. I'd paid 50% before arriving and was meant to pay the other half on arrival, but she demanded the balance as soon as I got there, barely giving me time to unload. When she needed something, she'd practically walk into the apartment without warning instead of calling or finding another way to reach me. There weren't many services for such a high price. I wouldn't come back.

Claudia greeted us with exceptional warmth and attention, and was very professional. The complex is thoughtfully laid out, peaceful, and ideal for relaxing away from everyday life. Our apartment was spotless, well cared for, and fully equipped, with little touches that made it feel like home. We had a fantastic weekend and will definitely return. Highly recommended.
