We've visited for the second year in a row, and we'll definitely be back. Everything is in perfect condition, and Martín is very attentive. The only thing I'd add is mosquito nets in the bedrooms, so we could open the windows and enjoy the lovely Playa del Carmen breeze. I read that they're planning to add them, so everything gets a 10 out of 10 from me. Go without hesitation!

We had to cut our vacation short after someone entered our cabin while we were asleep and took many of our things. It wasn't violent, but it was upsetting enough that we couldn't carry on with the trip. They also took the car keys and searched the car for more belongings. The cabins themselves are lovely and comfortable, with everything you need. The hosts were kind and very concerned, and let us cancel the rest of our stay. I'm sharing this to help future guests take precautions, not to scare anyone or speak badly of the place. Keep valuables upstairs in the bedrooms, lock the windows, and set the alarm. We didn't lock the kitchen window or activate the alarm. It was the week before tourist season, PDD was almost empty and the whole town was so quiet, so we didn't think it was necessary. There are no bars on the windows. I hope the reason for my review is clear. Regards

The location is excellent, and the grounds are thoughtfully laid out among the vegetation, so the eight cabins feel private. Everything was very clean and well looked after. The cabins have dishes and tableware, plus a safe and alarm system in each one. Parking was easy, and there’s a large barbecue area. We were also given a beach chair and umbrella, and there’s an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. One of the nicest places in the area.

Martín was always quick to answer our questions, and the service was impeccable. The location made it easy to get to all the beaches, with some close enough to walk to and others only a few minutes away by car. We’ll be back!
