Acapulco Roosevelt is a residential building on a 2,000 m² plot, with 16 floors and 60 apartments for sale. There are five units on each floor, in two- and three-bedroom layouts, all with terraces and barbecue areas. It stands on Roosevelt Avenue near Parada 16 on Playa Mansa, with shops and services nearby, including restaurants, hospitals, green spaces, universities, pharmacies, and the Cantergrill Country Club. Commercial spaces are also available on the ground floor. The two-bedroom apartments have a foyer, a master suite, another bathroom, a living/dining room, a kitchen, a terrace, and a barbecue area. Three-bedroom units include a master suite, two bathrooms, a kitchen, living/dining room, terraces, a barbecue area, and a balcony. The upper floors have the amenities: on the 14th, a 60 m² gym and spacious terraces with panoramic views; on the 15th, a spa with dry and wet saunas, an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, a large deck, and a heated indoor pool; and on the 16th, a 115 sq m barbecue area and outdoor terraces.

It’s a very nice building. The indoor pool needs cleaning, and the outdoor pool should be heated. Aside from that, it’s very good.

The lobby is nice, and the apartments feel modern, comfortable, and well finished. There’s a good spa and a rooftop pool with great views. It could use more green space for children.
