My apartment faced 26th Street, where all the bus lines go by, so it was a little noisy. The facilities are good, and the staff were excellent, attentive, and very Uruguayan. It's also very close to Brava Beach, near the Virgin Mary statue on Rambla Artigas.

You can't even use an electric kettle because the power supply is too limited. They need to replace the cables and increase the available power.
