They put my phone number in their ads and won't remove it. People call me at all hours asking about the hotel, but the business says it has nothing to do with them. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes, and it makes me wonder what they'd do if I had a complaint. Bad business people.

For anyone staying several hours, keep in mind there's no kitchenette. The bedroom is spacious, and the mattress is very comfortable. It's good value for money, and Luciara at reception deserves a mention for always being attentive and very friendly. A rug, shelf, or another decorative touch might soften the office-like feel from all the white on the floors and walls. A couple of balcony chairs would also make it warmer and let guests enjoy the excellent view from the upper floors. Good and recommendable.
This comment is only about the location. It's well placed for a beach visit, with the peaceful sand about a 3-4 minute walk away. A taxi can take you to the Punta Peninsula. Depending on the time of day, it costs around 300 pesos. I took one to go out for dinner at night.
The apartments are VERY SPACIOUS, though austere, and they're clean. There's a small garden and pool, and the place faces the sea. It's in a beautiful neighborhood with friendly neighbors, but it's far from the city, so you'll need a car. There's only one small pantry. It seems ideal for a stay with children.
