The building has a gym, a cold-water pool, and a heated one. There’s also a nice barbecue area for an extra charge, plus a multi-purpose court for tennis, five-a-side football, and basketball. The apartment is about 40-45 square meters, with a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator and microwave. It has a pleasant dining area with a TV, as well as a bathroom and a bedroom with its own TV.

Close to everything, this is a great choice for a family holiday. It’s very secure, has friendly staff, and offers Wi-Fi in the apartments and other parts of the building. It also works well for business trips. The building is very well maintained and well regarded for its service quality. Garages are on the first and second basement levels, with easy elevator access to the different units. Highly recommended.

The pools and parking are good, and the gym is decent. The barbecue area is really nice, but expensive for tenants to use. It’s a pleasant building, but I wouldn’t choose it for year-round living. The apartments are small and hard to air out during windy months. We also had ants coming in through the windows.

A comfortable place for a holiday with kids. The pools, garage, and building are all very nice, and the location around Roosevelt Avenue is convenient.
