The price is too high for what you get, so the value for money is poor.

We're a week into a three-week stay, and my husband, our 4 year-old, and I are really happy with this sweet little hotel in the heart of punta del este. It has old-world charm, though a few features are a little dated, and they still work perfectly. The garden, swimming pool, and gym are small but immaculate and very well maintained. The bedrooms are a good size, with working air conditioning, modern enough bathrooms, and kitchenettes. They're so clean you could eat off the floor. The cleaning staff are amazing, constantly wiping down surfaces, which feels reassuring with Covid numbers rising in the country. The manager is personable and runs the place very efficiently, and every interaction we've had with the front desk staff has been pleasant. We can't recommend it enough.

The service was awful, and the hotel was very dirty. The key card wouldn’t work, and the hallway had no light except for one that kept flickering. It felt like a horror movie. The sheets had holes from cigarettes.

The receptionists were helpful, and breakfast was good. The place was clean and comfortable, too. A nice spot to stay.

Noise from the nearby restaurants continued until 12:30 a.m. Our room also needed maintenance.
