Apartamento Punta del Este Arenas

The front desk staff were super nice, and it's a decent hotel in a good location. The pool is super warm. The rooms feel dated, like going to a hotel from 30 years ago, but it's a nice place if you arrive with the right attitude.

The location is great, just a few minutes on foot from the beach and shopping. The hotel has outside poos, a game room, and a dining area, and provides beach towels and lounging chairs. The receptionists were lovely and tried to help, and we still had a very pleasant stay, even though room service clearly wasn't perfect. Our apartment wasn't ready when we arrived, despite being well within check-in time. We finally got in almost 2 hours late. The teapot was broken and leaking badly, the TV remote didn't work, and there were no hand towels. We reported it, and everything was eventually fixed, but it took two days for everything to be in order.

Mr Leonard helped and guided us a lot, which was so helpful in a new place. The staff were extremely courteous and nice, and we'll definitely stay here again when we visit punta del este. The hotel is centrally located, close to many tourist attractions and the beach. It's super clean too, thanks to the cleaning staff. My room was cleaned twice a day, and all the bathroom essentials were replaced. The swimming pool and hot tub were both amazing. An amazing experience!

They ran water jets outside for hours to make the grass green, flooding the street. Yes, it's hot and yes, the grass is dry, but that's okay, this much watering is clearly unnecessary and wasteful. The earth's resources aren't infinite. Think about your children and grandchildren.
