Having a grill on the balcony was a real plus, and the price felt like good value. The place was very clean, right by the beach, and the staff were really friendly. We were comfortable, and everything matched the photos and videos the manager had sent me. Highly recommend it!

Teresa at reception was so warm and welcoming, and the heated pool was lovely. The rooms had what we needed for a comfortable stay, and the price was very good. There was quite a bit of limescale in a few parts of the bathrooms, which could use better cleaning. Elsewhere it was spotless, though, and I'd happily come back.

The location in Punta del Este is perfect, and the rooms are premium with excellent service. For me, this is easily the best place for a vacation. I'll keep coming back each year, whether for a longer stay or just a weekend.

This was a rip-off. It cost a fortune, and what I found looked nothing like the photos. The entrance was dirty and run-down, with paint peeling all over the outside. There was even a woman ironing at reception. I was so shocked when I got there that I rushed out and rented somewhere else. They never gave my deposit back.
