For peak season, the value for money is excellent. The staff were very friendly and the pool was spacious. The rooms were clean, though we found a dirty pair of underwear under one of the beds, which is something they should improve. Breakfast at the restaurant on the corner was tasty, but the cafeteria’s organization and service weren’t good. We were told we could park in a certain area and left the car there for several days, then got a ticket on the last day. We understand that wasn’t the hotel’s responsibility, but we would have rather they hadn’t advised us to park there. Even so, we had a good experience overall.

Gonzalo and Karina gave exceptional service. The hotel is older, but very clean, well maintained, and fully functional. It was a little noisy. The location is good if you have a car: close to the city center, a bit farther from the peninsula, and about 35 minutes from La Barra. Recommended for couples wanting to relax or for families.

The staff were helpful, but as a hotel this place leaves a lot to be desired. There were holes in the towels, the shower water was lukewarm, the bathrooms tiny, and ants in the room. It could easily be my house. We thought it was inexpensive, but for what they offer, it’s actually quite expensive. They need to get their act together or call themselves a HOSTEL or INN. And the room was never cleaned. A real shame.

It was cheap in the off-season, and the pool and lobby were the only good things. The place is neglected in every way. Alejandro, the young man at reception, didn’t even answer when we greeted him on arrival. The room fan looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in over 50 years, and the pool changing rooms were disgusting. It wouldn’t cost much to clean the place more. The Ministry of Tourism should fine them more or shut it down.
