There’s forest behind the building, yet Maldonado and downtown are still easy to get to. It has everything you need. Highly recommend it.

We spent two months in a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. The north-facing view brought in plenty of light and warmth, and the location was handy, close to Devoto supermarket and Cantegril hospital, with frequent buses along the avenue. There’s an indoor and outdoor pool, a kids’ playroom and outdoor playground, laundry, coworking space, and a gym. The gym is a bit small and dated, but does the job. A good building.

The location was ideal, and the apartment felt fairly priced. I slept on one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve had away from home. The place is lovely and comfortable, with warm people around. Both pools were good, though the outdoor one was a little damaged while the indoor pool was in great shape. The sauna wasn’t working.

A few blocks from the quiet beach and plenty of shops, this is a great spot for couples or families. The building is new and modern, the apartments are all brand new, and the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, and the amenities are incredible: indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, gym, children’s room, and more. I was completely taken with it. Highly recommend.
