Punta del Este Wind Tower

I expected something different, and the apartment we rented didn’t meet those expectations. Though it had three bedrooms and all the amenities, it felt cold and impersonal, all white with nothing to make it welcoming. The kitchen had very few utensils, just a pot, a pan, and a small pitcher. There was barely any soap in the bathrooms, only a small bar of hand soap. For an apartment rental, I expected the amenities of a house. Beach service wasn’t available starting March 1st, the reception staff were unfriendly, and some things were in disrepair, including the jacuzzi. Honestly, I wouldn’t go back.

I won't be coming back. A staff member who looked about 60 yelled at the children and kept threatening them with huge fines. It was a dreadful experience, and I wouldn't recommend the place.

The service is awful, and the employee speaks to the children terribly. For even minor things, the only answer they seem to have is a fine.

There’s room here for a gathering of up to 12, with everything you need, and you can rent the barbecue grills at a good price. The stylish building also has a pool, jacuzzi, gym, playroom for kids and adults, cinema, and maid service.
