The service was really nice, and I loved the place! It worked great for my family since it’s right by the beach.

In La Barra, the location is great and the staff are friendly. That’s all I need.

Posta del Cangrejo is just steps away, so the beach and walks around La Barra are easy to enjoy. Hotel Bagu had a lovely atmosphere and felt comfortable and well cared for. The rooms were clean and comfortable for a good night's sleep, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were always attentive and friendly. We’d definitely return, and I’d recommend it.

The breakfast was a real letdown for $12, especially since it isn’t included in the rate. The fruit was just a soggy banana or an apple. The hotel also feels dated, with sparse room furnishings and a bathroom that looks like it’s from 1990. That toilet feels like it’s from Napoleon’s era! On the good side, the location is excellent. It’s 50 meters from the beach and right in the heart of the bar, so you can park and walk everywhere. The rooms were clean, the bedding impeccable, and the staff excellent. I’d recommend it for the location and cleanliness alone.
