ART Hotel DECO

We loved sitting out on the patio with a glass of the excellent local wine, enjoying the gentle weather and the quiet. The property itself is beautiful and kept in spotless condition. Highly recommend it.

Inside, the hotel has a lot more character than its rather plain facade suggests. The shared spaces are full of thoughtfully chosen details, and the airy, light-filled rooms feel both elegant and inviting. A great boutique hotel.

The breakfast and attentive, personal service are both excellent, and the hotel is wonderfully quiet and discreet. I’d call it the best in the city by a long way. There’s also a remarkable library, with rare old editions and authors in several languages that guests can read on site. Accepting credit or debit cards would be a useful addition, though I don’t see that as a complaint.

There’s a special feel to this lovely place, and its central spot puts everything close by. It has all the services, and brides often get ready here because it’s calm and relaxing. Their makeup artist, photographer, hairdresser and other people involved in the preparations commonly come by.
