We paid $100 USD for an old room with dirty carpets and loud music all night. The room we got looked like it hadn’t been redecorated in 30 years, even though the owners’ photos make it seem the renovated rooms might be the only ones. Music from the square kept playing all night, with a police station right next door. The rooms are outdated, the music is obnoxious, and the price is ridiculous.

I only had dinner here, and Trinidad has much better places to eat. The food was bland, and it cost more than the other good hotel restaurant in town.

The room was spotless, and the design throughout the rooms and shared areas feels carefully thought out. Really liked it, and the service was very good.
