The room had nice amenities, and the service was great. Breakfast was the best.

For the price, this hotel was a disappointment. We found small cockroaches in our porridge at breakfast. The staff took the napkin from our hands without apologizing or discussing it with us. In the room, the sofa was dirty and the floors were very smoky. The bed was dirty too, with hair and eyelash extensions on it. There wasn't a hair dryer in the room, so we had to go downstairs to get one. We were on the third floor, and the staff were incompetent. I don't recommend this hotel.

I rested well for three days, and there were no bugs. The hotel is a typical Uzbek place with stairs. It's not new, but it seemed to be cleaned thoroughly. I also tried the laundry service and was satisfied.

The room was clean and in good condition, and the lighting was fine. For one night, though, there were a lot of issues. I gave it an extra star because the price was reduced during Ramadan, but the service and detailed cleaning could use more attention. The room smelled strongly of smoke, had no hair dryer or air freshener, and the faucet didn't work right. The switch was somehow off, so I spilled water on myself twice. They tried to repair it, but seemed to overdo it and wrapped it in tape. The drying and towel racks were in awkward places. There was no photo light or lamp, so I had to get up to turn off the lights. When the disposable slippers ran out, I gave them my own. They told me suzur would be ready at 5:00, but when I came down then, there was almost nothing on the table and I had to wait. They asked what I wanted to eat. When I asked what was available, they said only pilaf, a boiled egg, and a pancake. The room costs 400 rubles without the discount, which felt completely out of line for what was provided. It was near reception, so I could hear people talking and doing things. I woke up during the night because of conversations, and in the morning someone was loudly winding their reels. Part of the window opening was blocked from outside with drywall. There was air conditioning and a TV, but the TV showed nothing. Maybe it wasn't connected to the network, or maybe I couldn't connect it. I don't know.
