I came from Europe and was pleasantly surprised by how modern and clean the rooms were. The reception staff speak English, and paying by card was easy. Breakfast had a good buffet with plenty to choose from. This is a very good, high-quality hotel, even by Western standards.

We were there with friends, and the staff helped push the tables together so we could enjoy our time as a group. They also arranged catering. The interior is stylish and spotless throughout, and the staff were very friendly and spoke English and Russian well. It’s right in the city center. Thanks to the team and manager!

The hotel itself is fine, but be very careful about the charge. Their card system seems faulty, and I was charged three times. Luckily, I noticed the transactions through my bank. It took an hour and a half to try to sort it out, but they couldn’t fix it before I had to leave. They said it would probably be resolved within 24 hours, but that time has passed and nothing has changed. I’ve had to contact them again to see if they can manage it. The whole thing has been a small disaster, what a shame.

The hamman is advertised but doesn’t work at all, while the pool sauna is okay. Breakfast was mediocre, and the hotel costs more than comparable places in Samarkand or Bukhara. It’s new, clean, and well equipped, with plenty of staff, but they don’t seem trained or experienced to the level you’d expect from a four-star hotel.

Paying the hotel directly is better. You can see in the video the menu, reception, and halls, and the room rate is $60, compared with $70 or more on Booking, Agoda, and other sites. Excellent hotel, highly recommended.
