Budget Hostel

I called the property twice, on October 30 and December 15, and was told both times that there were no places available. Yet its Booking.com page showed vacancies, including 4 places on one of those occasions. That mismatch is misleading, and travelers could pay in advance only to be turned away when they arrive. I’m an Uzbek citizen and called from an Uzbek phone number, so I have reasonable concerns that this could involve discrimination or a deliberate refusal to host certain categories of guests. I’m asking for a public explanation and for the availability details to be corrected to match the situation. If there’s no official response or correction, I reserve the right to complain to Booking.com Customer Support, the Consumer Protection Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the relevant authorities in the country where the property is located. This repeated issue needs attention.

We found the location convenient, and the staff were polite and understanding when different situations came up. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a family stay. Thanks for the service, I recommend it.

The toilets smell awful, so I really think the owners need to sort out the plumbing. The rooms themselves are clean, and for a capsule hostel it’s a decent place to stay. WiFi comes and goes but is usable. Getting to the airport or train station takes a long time.

We stayed for 4 days as a family, and the price was affordable, which mattered most. It was clean and cozy, with everything within walking distance. The guys welcomed me and saw me through from the first day, and everything went well. We found the place on Google. Respect and prosperity to you, I recommend it 👍👍👍👍
