I picked this place because it’s close to the airport, but the service was quite unsatisfactory. I’d booked a standard room with a king-size bed, yet they put me in an attic room on the third floor with very low ceilings and two single beds. It was late and I had no other option, so I asked them at least to push the beds together. They simply ignored me. There’s no elevator, and they don’t help carry luggage to the room. I had to haul my 20 kg bag up the stairs myself. When I asked for water, which wasn’t in the room, they told me to bring it up myself because they had no bellboy. The rooms weren’t clean either. There was a strand of hair on the main pillow. See the picture.

All the rooms smelled of smoke, even though they were listed as non-smoking. I asked to switch rooms, but they had nothing decent to offer, and the other rooms smelled of smoke too. There was no fridge in the room. Terrible place, wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms were tiny, there’s no elevator, and the breakfast was below par. A disappointing stay. I’d look elsewhere for better accommodation.
