I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay in Tashkent. As a foreign tourist, I trusted the hotel to register my stay with the local authorities, a basic responsibility expected of hotels in Uzbekistan. They failed to do that. As a result, I spent half a day at the local visa office, was pressured to sign forms in a foreign language, and eventually received a fine from the authorities. This caused me stress, wasted time, and financial loss. I see it as a serious failure of duty and a disregard for international guests’ well-being. If you’re a foreign traveler, I strongly urge you to avoid this hotel. Their lack of professionalism and failure to meet legal obligations could put you at risk of fines and legal trouble. There are plenty of other hotels in Tashkent that respect their guests and follow the law, so choose one of them instead.

The rooms are modern, and there was no problem with the hot water. The price is affordable, and it’s a nice hotel overall, though it was a little hard to find.

The location is great, close to the metro and well placed in the city. The breakfast could be better, and the electrical outlets are behind the pillow.
